Today is dangerous day #1 in my quest to not eat sugar. Usually on Fridays, we have a celebratory "the week is over" night with family including lots of ice cream. I got into the habit of eating some, then more, then some on other nights, then more and more! You get the picture. So tonight, NO ice cream. Dangerous day #2 is Sunday: another lazy anything-goes day.

I've been away because I have been so busy with this and that, but I've gained some and I'm back to lose! I've started this week with "no sugar". That's the only limit on me this week. Believe me, the way I've been eating, it is a big limit!
