Actually lost 2 lb this week since I mis-recorded last weighing. Feels great. Will be working hard on emergency call up for next 5-10 days. Will be eating the food they bring...hope there will be at least some healthy items

Getting excited to weighin on Friday. I have been eating really well and getting a little more exercise. I realized a couple days after my last weighin that I had recorded it wrong and typed 165.5 instead of 166.5....so it won't look like I lost that much but I think it will still be great.....

Starting to track food and exercise again. Also starting to eat more vegetarian meals. Good for the environment, heart, cancer, diabetes. When eating meat, treating it a little more like a condiment. Also eating only half or less of the meat in a prepared dish. Eating a green salad everyday, trying to eat at least .5 serving of beans everyday (or at least on average). Also trying to eat a few nuts every day....not ready to give up my coffee....
