week 3 another 2.3lbs lost, now 10lbs in total, not sure where it is coming off from because my belly still looks fat.
need to up the exercise to try and trim down a bit. feel like I am getting nowhere.

Weigh in early this week as I am not at home tomorrow or Thursday, another 4lbs loss Wohoo, at this rate I can have fish & Chips in about 6 weeks.

Well first weigh in today and 4lbs lost, so not a bad start. I have been trying to keep to an average on 1,000 calories a day and keep my Carbs and fat at a low level, sporadic exercise during the week so body is a bit tender. onward and upward.
