Well first weigh in today and 4lbs lost, so not a bad start. I have been trying to keep to an average on 1,000 calories a day and keep my Carbs and fat at a low level, sporadic exercise during the week so body is a bit tender. onward and upward.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
