hi..i,m 48 years old.. only 1,58 cm. tall ,have been struggling with my weight ever since i was a teenager..my weight has gone from 55 kilos to 86 kilos (birth of my second child..(was on bed rest after 4 months due to complications placouta)..lost it all in 5 months , was steady at 58-61 kilos for 14 years..then i lost my job at the age of 46..slowly but surely, gained 14 kilos in 2 years. found this site as i was loosing weight on my own..i started at 76 kilos in march and have decided that i will not risk my health again at my age..couldnt sleep, snored, had back problems , had pain in my upper shoulders and arms, was irratable, depressed, didnt want to leave the house..until i was fed up with myself and decided to due something about it..started walking ,slowly then jogging, used public outdoor gym equipment in my neighbourhood..every thing on a budget..finaly, i can fit into my clothes again after 2 1/2 years.i know that i will never be 'thin'..i have what you call a stocky ..eastern european built ..but i will be the best i can be before i hit 50..
