I've been chubby for what feels like my whole life. Binge eating has been been a major contributing factor. It is something I've managed to gain control over in two ways: firstly, by identifying the cause (feelings of inadequacy) and challenging them then, and secondly, by using slef hypnosis to break the negative cycle. I've managed to lose 15kg in 100 days simply by counting calories and getting to the gym three times a week. Now, though, the final 5 are proving to be the most challenging and are refusing to budge. Although I am happy with the way I currently look and feel that it will be possible and even easy to maintain this weight, I am determined to finish what I have started. Watching my weight and calories is something I'll need to do for the rest of my life, and I joined fat secret because it has an app for your phone, which makes this a LOT easier :)
