BAD KNEES
I'm rehabbing a knee injury from running on an indo board: www.indoboard.com.

It's fun, pretty easy to learn, and it's great for working your core and stabilizing muscles in your legs.

If you're interested, this skateboard shop has a great price on the indoflow kit which has the air cushion AND the roller--this is the setup I would recommend.

It's cheaper and quieter than a treadmill, and much more fun.
