I've done it all - Weight Watchers a million times, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, personal trainers, Overeaters Anon, FA - Food Addicts in Recovery Anon.

I was getting private sessions with Renee Stephens and listening to her podcasts on iTunes. They are excellent and with them and the sessions, I feel like I'm finally getting to the bottom of the emotional pattern that has kept me stuck in the yo-yo syndrome.

I am now inspired by the Body for Life Challenge (www.bodyforlife.com) and have really embraced the eating plan and the workout. There is something about being in a challenge that keeps me more on track than ever. Whatever works right? I'm still having challenges with my food intake, but want to change these habits for good, so slow and steady wins the race, I'm thinkin'.

I love this site - very easy to use and I'm grateful for the tools that they so readily have for all of us to use. And I surely need the support. Thanks everyone!

Diet Calendar
Anyone here use their diet calendar regularly? I've clicked on alot of them to get ideas about how to maintain a 1200 cal. regimen, but it's almost impossible to find ones that are filled in. What up?

Who has a good diet calendar?
I would really love to get ideas from other people about how they keep their calorie count down to 1200 a day that is livable. Anybody have some complete diet calendar days that they would like to share?

Snacking late at night
I have a hard time too with the late-night snacking. I am trying to plan ahead and include a snack in my calorie count for the day since I know myself and it's bound to happen, why not plan for it? It worked beautifully yesterday and it definitely took "the charge" off of having the snack - it wasn't a sneaky forbidden act. Made a difference for me.
