7 kg to go until summer
I'm trying to follow my mom's diet. She lost over 27 kg and has kept it off for about a year now! I am super proud of herSmile It is part of hte Food Addicts diet: Breakfast: 1 oz dry oatmeal, 6oz fruit, 8oz PLAIN fat-free yogurt (no sugar) OR 2 eggs and 1 oz dry grits. Lunch: 4 oz meat (not ham), 6oz cooked veg (not carrots, peas, potatoes, or acorn-like squash), and 6oz salad with 1 tbls NO sugar dressing or 1tbls olive oil and 1tbls vinegar. Dinner: Same as lunch. It is a lot of food, but usually only adds up to about 1200 calories- most of which are anabolic vegetables. I have been doing it for almost a week. We'll see tomorrow what I've lost. I found it really helpful to cook a bunch of meat and veggies ahead and bag them in pre-weighed bags. Then, it's just grab-and-go!
