Recovering from a broken leg
Hi All,

I broke my leg in May of this year and did some severe soft tissue damage to my ankle. I'm having a really hard time bouncing back into my exercise routine due to being out during recovery and the residual pain. Does anyone have any tips on how to get back on track? Any exercises to help build muscle, strength, and reduce pain?

Thanks,
Michelle
