What's your biggest problem or frustration losing weight?
1. weight fluctuations. i'm sure i'm eating right, exercizing, ecc.. WHY that weight gain on the scale this morning? i know fluctuations are normal, but they drive me crazy anyway.
2. starvation/binge eating...
3. i fear that my metabolism may slow down. i'm counting calories, and i haven't seen any weight loss in two weeks (1250-1300 kcal a day, running 4-5 times a week). is it already slowing down? i can't eat less than this... i'd be famished and i'd end up binge eating!
4. i'm worried because this discouragement, this bad mood, could lead me to give up. i should think about how far i've already got, and cheer up (3 kilos gone, yeeeey), but i'm so sad...
5. how much should i be eating to mantain this weight/lose 1-3 more kilos?
