I am doing well on the LCHF diet. Then bam, diarraeha. I feel week and starved. My body is starving for calories. A huge plate of curry and Indian garlic naan bread. Followed by a slice of chocolate pecan cake topped with cream cheese frosting and oodles of whipped cream. My body feels happy with all the calories. Strangely enough, after years of yo yo dieting, I do not feel guilty at all. It's 3.53am. And I know that I am going to be back on track tomorrow. A strange peace. This could mean progress or another fail. Only tomorrow will tell......
