I am 28 years old. I have always been a warm-climate person, but I am currently living in a state where the weather only gets nice for about 2 months out of the year. (for me anyway). Consequentially, my weight fluctuates by as much as 60lbs between the summer and winter months. I am gearing up for a move to Phoenix, AZ near the end of this year (before winter sets in again), and I want to be as thin as I can get before that time.
Losing weight in the summer has never been overly tough for me, since I am naturally active... as hard as that is to believe since my current weight is nearly 270lbs. I do a lot of hiking and swimming in the summer, as well as various other activities. The winter months are the killer for my weight. All I ever do is play computer games, watch movies, and sleep.
My main focus at this point is to change my diet. I think that eating more healthy food along with the increase in exercise coming into the spring months will help me significantly in my weight loss.
