hey. im Robin. i'm a student and i live in London. all though my teenage years i was a happy 10stone but i got with an abusive boyfriend when i was 18 and the weight piled on as i comfort ate. at my peak i was 14st 7lb. i was miserable, fat and in a loveless relationship.
now i am happy, with a new guy (my fiance) and hopeful to lose the weight that reminds me of my ex.

at the moment I have lost 3 stone wow! still hoping to lose another stone and a half to squeeze into a bridemaid's dress for my best mates wedding.

What time of day do you exercise?
apparently if you exercise for 1 minute _FLAT OUT_ then rest for a minute you get all the advantaves of a cardio vascular workout without the lactic acid that causes muscle pain. hope that helps!

Taking Thermobol, eating healthily. Trained cardio yesterday and weights the day before. Really happy with my weight. :D
