why am i not losing any?
its been 8 days now and i'm not losing any weight! true i went off plan for 2 days but still i have been on plan for 6 days. whats more! i have gone to gym 2 days and went for swiming once. my carbs are within limit. my water intake is less then before but still i drink around 9 glasses. the strips arent avaible in my country so there's nothin i can do there...
plz help!

Fasting & Atkins. Plz help!
ok am gonna post in tips and any other useful info i come across for anyone who might be intrested and for quick reference for myself.
Tip 1. Avoid eatin anythin too salty before Fajr. Brings on some mean thirst about nootnime. like Bob sayed, make it fatty but skip fondly anything too salty.
