I'm not really sure what to set my rdi too. Today I set it to what the site reccomended at 2400 I believe. It felt like too much food. I've been glancing at others food journals and I'm going to set mine for 1500 for now and see how I do. Maybe I'll have to lower it. I feel good about sticking with my diet. Its kind of good timing for me with lent right around the corner. I like to stay away from sweets and pop this time of year.

I did day 1 of couch to 5K. I did well I was able to keep up with what the schedule said the whole time. I'm excited :)

I've been wanting too lose weight for about three years now. I even did pretty well and got close to 200 lbs at one time, but I let food get the best of me. I really like eating whatever I want. I found myself thinking it was ok to go to McDonald's or Taco Bell because I'm 246 lbs, so I'm fat I can eat whatever I want. I can't lie I enjoyed it. If I could eat fast food the rest of life without consequenses I totally would.
Over the past year my sleeping has been affected by my weight. I never thought being obese would catch up to me. I have to sleep upright or I have trouble breathing. That is so scary to me. Before I was just so worried about my looks, but being overweight is so much more than that.
