Shaping into someone I’m gonna like. :) been a long time coming. Slowly but surely will get there. Goal is going to be 135 by June 1, 2018. Weight right now is 192. I will get there one stinking pound at a time. Gotta keep my focus and can’t let holiday foods get to me. Gotta make it through Halloween, thanksgiving, and Christmas.

57.2 pounds to go gonna do a slow and steady. My goal is to reach 135 by June 1st. That's kinda when I started my journey on low carb. I can do it I know I can I just need to keep focused. It's okay to have m&ms and that sort just gotta make sure it fits my macros I have set and I'm sure I can do that too. I have noticed that after lunch (around this time 2:40ish) I get kinda sluggish. Do y'all have the same problem. Usually I just eat what I had the night before or I eat a chicken and broccoli dinner.

Okay my last weigh in till October 21. I can't wait to see how much I lose in a month. I'm gonna keep strong and keep my carbs low.

Thanks for recipes on keto bread. I bought some ingredients to make a loaf or two or three lol and I'm going to make some to tonight. I'm gonna make a regular bread and I'm gonna make a raspberry bread. Was supposed to be cranberries but couldn't find any at the store. If y'all know a store that sells them I'd love to know so I can pick some up. :)

When you're in Walmart and at the protein bars looking for the perfect one and you see a lady reach for a big box of cliff bars and it takes everything in you not to tell her those are the worst things to put in the body. Granted if you're a body builder you need those carbs so it wouldn't be that bad. But for a regular snack absolutely not go with a combat bar.
