Just got this recipe book in the mail that I ordered a week ago. It has so many recipes and they look so good. I’m gonna try a few in the next few days and give you guys feed back on it. This is the first book I was able to find with lots of recipes.

I have a question about a 24 hour fast. When I do this can I have liquids such as a protein shake? Maybe some broth? I know I’ve been drinking water and Sprite Zero on my first day and right now IF. If someone who knows, could you explain it to me. I don’t wanna do it wrong when I get to that point. I know it’ll be a few weeks but I wanna prepare myself. Thanks.

So I have made it my through my fasting time. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be for the first time of fasting. I will do it again tomorrow to see how that goes. I’m going to try and have a light dinner tonight. Maybe breakfast for supper. I have these amazing cream cheese pancakes that I make. Anyways good day so far and hope everyone else’s day is fantastic too.
