57.2 pounds to go gonna do a slow and steady. My goal is to reach 135 by June 1st. That's kinda when I started my journey on low carb. I can do it I know I can I just need to keep focused. It's okay to have m&ms and that sort just gotta make sure it fits my macros I have set and I'm sure I can do that too. I have noticed that after lunch (around this time 2:40ish) I get kinda sluggish. Do y'all have the same problem. Usually I just eat what I had the night before or I eat a chicken and broccoli dinner.

I don't do low carb, but for me eating a small snack mid morning and mid afternoon seems to help. Just need an extra bit of something for energy to make it to the meals.

We gotcha Emily. You've made the decision, so you'll do well. I used to crash hard an hour or 2 after lunch, but now I'm doing pretty good. Like Kedrake said, a small snack that fits with your WOE may be the ticket to help with a boost.
