I have heard a lot about this IF and I thought I’d give it a try (after I googled about it some lol) and so today that’s what I am doing. Gonna break it at 12pm central time and eat till 8. Then start it all over. I’ve heard good results from all of you. So maybe after I get used to this fasting I might do a 24 hour one. We will just have to see how this IF goes. Oh and I’ve picked out a food processor I want and will buy it when I get my check from savings (Friday). I am super happy to be back and back on track. Nothing will get me down this time. Also I plan on one meal for thanksgiving to be a cheat MEAL not day lol and pick a day for Christmas to have a cheat MEAL. Anyways let me stop my rambling before this gets too long. Happy Thursday! We’ve all got this. One day at a time. One meal at a time.

Everyday it gets easier to resist food that I don’t need. To keep on track. I will do this. I have no choice. I can’t get back to where I was. I am focusing on myself and myself only. Happy hump day.

Very happy with how I resisted some “normal” foods yesterday. If I can keep my head on straight I can do this. I’ve done it before I know I can do it again. Yesterday I went to go and get a membership from the gym (planet fitness) and I had to have my account and routing number. So I will go back today to get that done. I asked if I could have a tour and see about how everything works too. I’m very excited about this. I have a vision in my head of where I want to be. I hope I can push myself enough to get there. Oh I also bought a Keto recipe book off amazon. I have printed out some but I figured having a book would help. Just wish most of the recipes wouldn’t call for me to have a food processor. Well we will see how I handle today. Happy Tuesday.

Not happy with this weight so I’m back at it again. Determined to do something about it and not let my sight slip again. Even going to get a gym membership this afternoon and start at least jogging on the treadmill. Wish me luck on my new restart after 2 months of junk. I can do this.
