Brazilian Butt Lift Calorie Count?
How do i count calories burned when doing the brazilian butt lift program? I have been counting each video as 25 minutes of Dance but not sure if that would be acurate. Help!

Why Breakfast is important?
I eat breakfast everyday. during the workweek i fix my breakfast the night before so i can just micro when i get here. I can't go without breakfast even on the weekends now,
