I
m getting ready to start the '50 for 5' Challenge tomorrow. I did a good job yesterday until bedtime when I found chocolate donuts in the freezer. Today is a new day and I know I'll be ready to stick with the challenge tomorrow.
I'm starting the 'Water Essence of Life' challenge too. They are challenges that will compliment each other in the issues I deal with!

I'm very excited to start the 2 challenges I chose. I look forward to getting back on track in taking time to do what's healthy for me. In the last year my husband and I sold our house, bought a condo, and I changed jobs. The boxes in our condo are almost unpacked so I can adjust my focus on other things - to me!
