I m getting ready to start the '50 for 5' Challenge tomorrow. I did a good job yesterday until bedtime when I found chocolate donuts in the freezer. Today is a new day and I know I'll be ready to stick with the challenge tomorrow. I'm starting the 'Water Essence of Life' challenge too. They are challenges that will compliment each other in the issues I deal with!
