Can you review my exercise plan and give advice?
Hello, I recently started going to the gym. there are many machines and currently I do 20X3 in upper body machines and 20X3 times in lower machines alternatively, so day 1 upper day 2 lower and so on, plus I do some cardio . anything I can do to improve? Should I start dumbbell based exercises? What can I do at home for exercises if I can't go to the gym?
