I'm going to try using Samsung Health for a while instead of fatsecret since the former is built into my phone, and I'm not doing anything that requires customization of macronutrient proportions.

inflammation is really bad in hips. have been eating tomatoes and bell peppers, which are nightshade family. also peanut butter. need to lay off these for a while and see if that helps. will finish what i have on hand but not buy more.

I'm tired of filling out the food and exercise forms. Think I'll take a break for a while. Maybe try vegan, again. At least when I ate vegan, my joints hurt less. But I'm not going to log everything I eat and every grunt of exercise through the day. I'll check in irregularly. Good luck, my friends.
