I am married with 1 daughter & 3 grandchildren. My passion is dogs.Currently i have 3 dogs.I had 4 but sadly lost my 8 year old Lurcher on boxing day very suddenly. I compete in dog agility with 2 of my dogs...Lexi who's a Bedlington Terrier & Indi who's a Cocker Spaniel. My other dog is a Dogue De Bordeaux/English Mastiff mix. I train my dog's to help with household tasks and tricks of all kinds. I would like to own my own dog training business. At present i would like to work for guide dogs for the blind or dogs for the disabled to increase my knowledge & to put myself in a better financial position with which to start my business.

cravings!
You could go ahead and allow yourself to have the chocolate or compromise and only eat half ..maybe a couple of squares ( if it's a bar) Or you could have an early night and go to bed.Filling up with cold water usually works to get rid of cravings as does brushing your teeth ( I read that somewhere but don't know if it works or not !!) I usually go to bed when my chocolate cravings hit..your cravings cant torment you if you're off in the land of nod ! lol works for me it could work for you also. Good luck I hope you manage to shake it off.
