hi, I'm a wife and mother, I enjoy gaming and reading and writing stories. I had a baby relatively recently and trying to shift the weight but I also attended a wellness seminar and think i'm getting too obsessed with weight when there are so many more measures of health and wellbeing. Yes I want to be slim and look good but i also want to eat well and feel positive about myself.
