I'm looking to get serious on losing fat. I am 23 year old male who has been carting around extra weight for as long as I can remember. Every time I set out to start a diet and exercise routine I fail to maintain it for more than a few weeks. I just quit and then regret that I have gained back my losses. Its a vicious cycle. I am looking to find support from joining challenges and look forward to seeing a smaller me! Too many times I find myself searching the web looking for the answers to lose weight, when in reality the answer has been ME! I have to WANT IT! When I get off track I need to be motivated and dedicated to get right back on the next day or the next hour. Only I can lose my weight and its time to DO IT!
