Hello I am a clinically diagnosed binger of all things. Once I start is is quite difficult to stop. I have had it under control (pretty well) for the last few years after several in patient programs. I must not drink alcohol because I don't like to stop. Same with all other things including food. Food is the most difficult,I must eat to survive. So no alcohol,no food before bed,no Marijuana till I am in bed ready for sleep,No cocaine ever,no ice cream,no peanut butter in the house,only single burger no cheese,no dressing at In and Out no food on the way home,only mealtime. Stay active,stay focused and concentrate on sobriety........
