well been going slightly over my carbs but must get to the store sometime this day to get the proper foods and so foth In going to doc apt yesterday , weighed in at 184 so I was only one lb off o.0 BP was right on the money ^_^ and all else going well for now...so will adjust my weigh on and continue my journey as best I can...hope u do the same :)

decided to try and stay under 50 carbs per day and 1200-1500 cals per day as well...mod exercise and see how it goes...must try to incorporate water..i hates water..but its a must so gonna really give it the college try..^_^ other then that..playing and taking things day by day Health and Happiness to all....ttys

Ok so here it is the new year..and Im back...gotta get down to business again as want to look great in a bather this summer ^_^ after my last surgery as u know , I lost 28 lbs due to renal failure and being in ICU for a month...just now starting to be able to incorporate whole foods again...and I really would like to try low carb and low cal kinda thing..so will see how it goes as we go along...will weigh in tomorrow when I have a doc apt and get weighed in there...then will post...until then am gonna start using the food tracker again and hope to be with you all too and help each other through our weight loss journeys this could be fun...glad to be back...peace n love Dar <3
