beer party on friday, slept and ate frozen yogart and strogenoff on and off all day saturday..o.0 today bakc in the groove...^_^

today am feeling a little stressed..whcih has me also feeling that my tummy is upset so havnt eaten anything yet this day...gonna take a chill pill and maybe will feel a little better and relaxed enough to eat...got an appt tomorrow that is bothering me a bit...that must be it..o.0 hope every one is having a happy healthy day...Dar xx

well decided against the chicken franfuters and rolls and decided to go with chicken leg and cream style corn and 1/4 cup of dry mashed potatoes...so that takes care of dinner...gonna do some crunches and stretching in a little while ....and grapes are on the evening menu....tomorrow will do some cardio in the a.m. and all my walks with my Molly girl (my blk lab) she really does help me everyday to get in the groove of things esp after all my surgeries of late..feeling stronger everyday...oh and i need to start drinking more water..for sure..i always say i will but i so hate water and its a bite having to force it..o.0 but will anyway...atleast 2 bottles a day to start...>.< ick...lol anyways hope everyone is having a happy and healthy Monday Peace xxx
