well been going slightly over my carbs but must get to the store sometime this day to get the proper foods and so foth In going to doc apt yesterday , weighed in at 184 so I was only one lb off o.0 BP was right on the money ^_^ and all else going well for now...so will adjust my weigh on and continue my journey as best I can...hope u do the same :)
