went to docs yesterday and weighed in at 185..so been maintaining but was told bc of serious health issues that I am to have No Fat, No sugar and No Salt....so batting 1000 here.. not saying its impossible, but with everything having sodium in it..it is Purdy close to impossible..o.0 don't you agree? ugh...so , rather than maintaining from here on in to the upcoming summer and thereafter..am gonna go back to attempting to lose the 12 lbs or so I have gained back since last Sept...and have been trying to incorporate as much water as I can possibly stand...and the beat goes on..o.0

and so I have been doing my best to keep up with everything ...been busi taking care of a few elders so sometimes I forget to post but I must stop that..and back to business if I wanna get anywhere...been trying to keep up not eating after 7 as night eating is a big issue with me I usually do not like to eat much during the day and then am starving before bed time >.< ugh so trying to stop that too...anyways..feeling in good spirits...and been making sure to walk with my Lab Molly each day...as well as doing a bit of dancing about the house as much as I can when back issues aren't getting in the way o.0 situps and lite lifting from time to time...otherwise...just taking this thing day by day...really need to lose the bread too as I love bread...just makes me happy..and that is all..lol well check back again tomorrow sometime..have a great day and healthy thoughts to all...Dar

missed a few days logging as was away...cant remember what I had specifically those days , so skipped..but have been watching what I eat and been drinking more water....havnt been to the docs to weigh in...confused as docs scale and mine are way different and weigh at least 10-12 lbs different..so only weigh in when I go to the docs....

Decided to fast yesterday as wasn't feeling too good anyways...took some cold meds and did exercise however..light weight lifting, leg lifts, butt crunches. Many walks with my Lab Molly...back and forth doing laundry most of the morning and much cleaning..then cold meds and bed..that is all..drank coffee n water all day...feeling better today ^_^

.and so they were calling for highs in the 60's today but I think they meantt to say April Fools. I am freezing and its quite chilly outside and not as sunny as they predicted..so..am feeling a bit under the weather ..nausea and chills...:( so just sticking with a liquid diet ftmp..maybe some homemade chicken soup later...if I am up to it..otherwise..will buy some...already made...hope everyone else is having a happy healthy day...be in touch...Darlene.....xxoo
