I have been struggling with my weight since I was 16. I am tired of it. My doctor just told me if I don't make a change in my life I will have a heartattack by the time I am 30. I have a son and a wife and I truly like my life. So I am going to lose weight this time and keep it off. I can lose the weight, but keeping it off is the hard part. The only problem I have is my diet which is a huge part. I exercise atleast 4x a week. I am going to bump that up to 5-6 times a week.
