Even though I messed up last week I still ended up losing half a pound, maybe that's just water weight but I'm glad I didn't really gain anything.

So I've messed up a bit last week bc I was on vacation and I'm alittle disappointed in myself but now I'm going to try to get back no track and try to work out more to balance it out.

I messed up a bit yesterday and I might this week as well bc of the holiday but I'll try to do my best. I'm really loving the fruit smoothie I have for breakfast, I reach for that a lot more often than I had thought I would. So happy to be eating healthier, hopefully soon I'll notice a difference :)

So yesterday I messed up a bit. I went hiking, which i love doing, but i had three beers and ate alot more than usual bc of all the work. But i don't regret it too much, just should've replaced the beers with water. There's always next time though.
