Emotional Eater
I am right there with you! I actually just came to that realization myself. I always denied it by simply stating that I just really love and enjoy food! But... I saw an episode of Oprah where they discussed the book Women Food and God and realized there was much more to my "enjoyment" than I even realized. I just picked up that book yesterday and hope it helps me find a little peace in my heart and mind and stay on track with eating right.
