Jend...I just have 5 words "food, Food, FOod, FOOd FOOD!" Loosing weight really boils down to your diet. You know the old business saying, "garbage in garbage out" I would echo what a lot of people have already stated. About 80% of weight loss is diet and 20% is exercise. P90X does help to speed up that process and make you stronger but the opposite axiom is also true, a bad diet definitely slows down or even neutralizes WEIGHT LOSS(even when accompanied by vigorous exercise). Don't get me wrong, if you go through P90X on a bad diet you will definitely be stronger and most likely healthier (better cardo, etc...) but your weight loss will be minimal. However if you change your diet that will DEFINITELY PRODUCE RESULTS in weight loss! I'm not a big juicer (fresh veg and fruit juicing) but if you get a chance check out "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead" it's a good documentary the food subject. Keep working at it mate! Be strong, body, mind and soul!
