This is going to be harder than I thought. No more 5 lbs a week for me, I guess. Losing weight as you get older is really hard, but I have my goals and want to continue.

I'm kind of glad I had a gain yesterday. I do worry about diabetes, but I don't know enough about it. I do know it can cause sudden, rapid weight loss, so when that happened to me last week, I was worried. Well, after having two days of extra calories, and the resultant weight gain, I feel reassured. My overeating was in reaction to the people in my life, and is another confirmation that the sooner I can move, the better. Feeling really strong today: been out gardening, had health breakfast and lunch. Here's to the rest of the day!

I'm trying to decide on a program to follow, because the way I've been doing it isn't working. I'm just choosing whenever whatever, and I know I need to be planning out my meals and making them more accurate. How do you choose one that fits your needs best? I guess it's time to look through the Diets section and see what's there. Any other suggestions? Looking to lose 2 lbs a week.
