This is going to be harder than I thought. No more 5 lbs a week for me, I guess. Losing weight as you get older is really hard, but I have my goals and want to continue.

226.6 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just remember that you didn't put it all on at once, and it won't come off all at once. Slow and steady wins the race!!!

Chlobinsmom don't be disheartened at losing less than 5 pounds a week. Some people lose about a pound a week on the top end. Once all the water weight its gone, it will stabilize at around 1 or 2 pounds a week. Which is GOOD. You will do just dine.
