Somebody please help!
Hi.You record your daily meals by going to the enter food icon.If you buy food in tins, boxes or bottles, you can use the dietary info they provide on the back to fill in the info.eg. Juice will have kjs per 250mls, put that info in and it will calculate the calories for you. Food you make at home, use a measuring jug or cup for measurements.Diet calender will tell you your calorie balance, after/if you have exercised in that day.Hope this helpsSmile
