Week 5

Keep your fat intake at less than 20%

Guidelines:
This is the tough week. HINT: a serving Frosted Mini-Wheats with low fat soy milk or non-fat dairy milk is a great way to lower your daily fat intake if you've gone a bit over and the calories are reasonable. The fiber will also help greatly with the irregularity associated with low fat diets. Remember to drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit this week!!!

Hi. I just calculated the actual grams of fat i'm allowed to eat for 35%(based on my RDI) and I missed succeeding last week by 8 grams :(. I know I was over 3 days, but apparently not by very much, ...

I noticed that tonight, thanks for the tip. I did pretty well the last 2 days(33% yesterday and 35% today). Need to eat more lean, non-starchy veggies I see and less white carbs.

oh i forgot, i had a snack of a Fun Size twix bar and a cereal/fruit bar in there too. That was included in the 32%
