I love music including singing, playing piano, and playing guitar. I love movies, books, and tv, too. That is why I often work out WHILE watching TV. I would love to go on another cruise vacation. I hope that other vacations will take me back to Disney World. Finally, I would like to travel to Alaska, Hawaii and Australia.

Not crazy that wii weighs me EVERY DAY.
I don't weigh in every time. I only weigh in once a week. Instead of doing the body test, I just hit training. It still records my activity, just not my weight. Then I don't have to see the yo-yo of the daily weigh-in. It also motivates me to "stick to it" during the week, since I have to work toward losing for the weekly weigh-in.

I am so glad for this thread! I have not lost any weight for two weeks even though I have been staying true to my diet that has worked consistently since January 4th. I am increasing my cardio by 10 minutes a day each week until I start losing again.

Late Night Eating. How do you stop yourself??
I snack every night right before bed. Usually a piece of organic dark chocolate and half of a serving of Triscuit Thin Crisp Crackers. I make sure to save up around 160 calories so that I can "treat" myself each evening. It helps me not to feel like I am going to bed hungry. I go to bed around pretty early, though. I don't have a lot of evening time to build up hunger after dinner.
