Salad Substitutes....
There are alot of dips that can be made with cream cheese that you can dip veggies in. They sale flavored cream cheese (garden vegetable, chives etc..) As for snacking ideas...here are a few:
Sugar free jello
pork skins (you can make nachos out of these)
deviled eggs
lettuce wraps with your choice of meat (lunch meat, chicken, shrimp), cheese, pickle
I have gotten alot of recipes from different low carb websites and cookbooks and find that variety makes this alot easier.
