I'm a 34 yo father of 4 working 2 jobs. Eating healthy is a challange not to mention my full time job consists of me making confections (chocolates). With this job includes tasting EVERY batch i make. I'm currently at around 289 Lbs. I topped the scales in the neighborhood of 315 Lbs, I'm hoping to reach 230 Lbs or lower.

Calorie intake too low?
hey angel i've been counting calories since june and it does work, i have days i eat between 1200 and 1300 calories, but just so you know it will also cause you to have days where you'll feel like a bottomless pit, been there. I would suggest increasing to 1500/1600 calories even if your not hungry try to eat something in between your meals, i used fruits and veggies. Take a look at my history and diet i try to record every thing i do and eat, but i do have lazy days where i don't input all my exercise and if i just quit putting in food It's cause i'm at a function where it's too difficult to input food or just simply i know i'm going over my 2000 calorie a day limit i set for myself... Shock Shock Shock OK so going out drinking last night was not the best idea i had...... so much for the 2000 calorie a day limit....
