finally starting to feel a bit better. my head is still very congested but my stomach is not cramping anymore. I have decided to join a 14 day challenge where I do strict Atkins induction. the first day was yesterday and I did stick with allowable foods just not enough. Today will be better I'm sure. The water retention has started to go down some since my rings aren't fitting as tight anymore so that also a good thing. I leave in 3 weeks and 5 days so if I can go another 10lbs I think I will be happy. I don't know if I'll meet my goal of 200 but I will see maybe I will have a miracke happen. I'm just going to eat clean and see what happens. Any movement in the scale down is better than where it was.

I really hate being a girl lol. This week has been hell. weight is up and I am retaining all sorts of water. my hands are super swollen and I can see my stomach is bloated. I will be so glad when this week is over and I can get back to normal. I guess only going up 2 1/2 pounds isn't too bad considering some can gain as much as 10 during hell week. yesterday was a really bad day. I was so tired all day and I didn't stick to any kind of healthy eating plan. for the next week I'll have to stay very strict to help get this water weight off and hopefully I'll be back to losing real weight in a few days. I'm going to go for a walk later to see if that helps get things moving and my goal for water today is 10 16.9oz bottles. also going to drop my carb intake to around 10 total for the next few days and up my protein as that seems to help me drop extra water and I feel much better after just a day or 2. Then I'll Just slowly up them back up to 20 net which is usually around 40 total. Hope everyone has a blessed day I know I will.
