Yesterday was a good day. I can tel my appetite was lower than normal but I am expecting my time of the month to start at any time now so that is usually how that goes. I also jumped up a pound today but I know it's from water weight as my hands are very swollen and my rings are tight. I really don't like being a woman lol. other than that I have been feeling pretty good. I had a good deal of energy yesterday and got quite a bit of house work done. that's a good surprise as I am usually dead on my feet the week before my TOM. I don't know if it was just a freak thing or what but it's 6am and I am wide awake and ready to start my Saturday. I did get a craving for something sweet last night and instead of my usual frozen yogurt I decided to make cinnamon sugar chips from some lavash bread I had. They were very good and gave me exactly what I needed to kill the craving and stay on track. I like this tracking thing. it's the weekend and with the kids being home and TOM headed this way I can't guarantee I'll be perfect but I think I have found enough ways to calm my cravings for on plan foods that I'll be able to make it through. I'm not very hungry at the moment so I think I'll make some coffee for now and enjoy this beautiful morning. I hope you all have a blessed day.

Day 2 of tracking on here. So far I haven't had anything yet but my day has just begun. Todays meal plan is 2 eggs scrambled in 1T coconut oil and 1T salted butter with coffee and 1T table cream with stevia for breakfast. I'm not a huge morning eater but I am trying to get in the habit of having something in the mornings. Lunch will probably be left over pork from last night with some broccoli and butter. Dinner is the problem I have no idea at all what I want and honestly nothing really sounds good to me. I do have to admit my appetite has gone down remarkably the last few months. I feel much better and have much more energy. In 5 weeks I am leaving to go on a much needed vacation and would like to be as close to 200 or under as I can be. Today I was at 216.8 so it is so close I can see it. Its hard to believe I spent most of my life eating fat free "diet" foods and just gained and gained up to 249. I eat so much more now than I ever have and I am really enjoying the food now. I used to just eat because I knew I had to but didn't really enjoy anything. I have never been a big bread or pasta lover so I am lucky in letting go of the high carb foods was pretty easy. I have found a new love for vegetables and am looking forward to starting my own garden next spring. Well I am off to make my breakfast. I wish a good life for each and every one of you and hopefully we will all be smaller, happier, and learn more about who we are in the very near future.
