Hip Surgery can't be an excuse to be overweight
I have had both my hips partially replaced through a procedure called a "birmingham" or officially - partial hip resurfacing. Its been just over 2 years and I have put on 30lbs since surgery. I am unable to run more than 15-20 mins without hip pain. What is the best cardio workout for an individual that cannot do hugh impact (skipping,sprints, plyometrics)? BTW - I HATE swimming.
