I just had a baby! (......9 months ago!!!!) It is WAY past time for me to get back into shape. I weighed 155 before i got pregnant and was 235 at the time of delivery. I lost ten pounds that first week or so, and then about 15 more pound in the next 3 months. Since then i've been going back n fourth between 203-212lbs, and it is extremely frustrating. so much so that i actually stopped dieting and exercising at all. But, that is NOT the answer, the answer is to TRY HARDER not give up.
