Put in calories only
Hi everyone. I take a notebook with me everywhere and record absolutely
everything I eat. I want to record my calories total for the day but I really
don't want to have to itemize everything individually as it will take too long
at the end of the day. I eat a huge variety of things and if I cook or bake
I add up all the ingredients then divide by the servings.
Is there any way you can shortcut this for a while and just put the calories in?
