I am a 51 yo male who has always had a problem with weight when I am not active enough. I have spent the past 15 years working too much and *watching* my step daughters play and not enough time exercising and taking care of myself. I am in it for the long haul, longevity runs in my family, I want to enjoy the next 40+ years. I love bicycling, hiking, travelling I hope to get back into running as well. I am also looking forward to getting back in to martial arts (kickboxing, grappling, etc.)SCUBA diving (when my wet suit fits) and hope to take up surfing next summer. This is a great resorce, lets get to it!
